It's a digital download — nothing ships. After checkout your DropX account is granted access; sign in on this site, download the installer, and your license activates on first launch. If it doesn't unlock right away, click Recheck License in the app. Windows 10 & 11.

DropX runs entirely on your own PC — your own Chrome, your own IP, your own store accounts. There's no shared server and no shared fingerprint. You sign into stores yourself and clear any captchas yourself, so checkout behaves the way you would. Your license and any saved secrets are encrypted at rest on your machine (Windows DPAPI), and payments are handled by Stripe — we never see your card.
Yes. Your license binds to one device at a time. When you switch machines, use Reset HWID from your account to unbind and re-activate on the new PC. Reset is available once every 3 weeks, or support can help.
DropX is billed monthly at $15. You can stop future billing anytime by contacting support with your account details. Because access is delivered instantly, charges for the current period are generally non-refundable; approved refunds may disable the related license. If a technical problem prevents activation, contact support and we'll make it right.
We store only what's needed to run your account and license — your account email, account ID, access status, and a device identifier used for binding. Payments are processed securely by our payment provider; we never see or store your card details.
